Likewise, another land mark of Pune City viz; Residency Club was also conceived, constructed and developed under the leadership of Shri Surendrakumar Agarwal and Mr. Vishal Agarwal. This Club was further renovated and modernized, again with the creative insight and vision of Shri. Surendrakumar Agarwal and Mr. Vishal Agarwal

Plans are on the anvil to come up with an ultramodern, Resort-cum-Health SPA at an exotic location at Dapoli as also a 5-Star Hotel at Pimpri, Pune for which preliminary works have already been commenced.
